The David & Golia evolution versions are perfect for hiking.
They have kept the original design, but have lost the military “Viperskin style”, so that they are more comfortable during prolonged use with bare hands.
David & Golia Evolution blades, are still made of AISI D2 tool steel, coated with a black stonewashed PVD treatment, which protects the blade from oxidation and eliminates reflection, keeping the blade looking as good as new.
